Stories of Vedanta Monks – Vol. 1
This book contains reminiscences of 42 second-generation monks of the Ramakrishna Order. The lives of these monks were molded and heavily influenced by their contact with the first-generation monks who had lived with Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother, and Swami Vivekananda. The author, Swami Chetanananda, knew nearly all of these monks personally, and he provides inspiring descriptions of these associations, the monks’ character and teachings.
