Memorial Day 2015 Special Program

The topic for the 2015 Memorial Day event at the Vedanta Retreat in west Marin County was “Religion for World Peace.” Reverend Dr. Gwynne Guibord, creator and founder of The Guibord Center represented Christianity, and Swami Atmavidyananda, a monk of the Vedanta Society of Southern California, represented Vedanta. In the morning Rev. Guibord and Swami Atmavidyananda spoke on the topic and the afternoon was devoted to a question-and-answer session.
