This volume is the first American edition of the conversations of the Holy Mother, Sri Sarada Devi, as recorded by her disciples, both lay and monastic. The book was originally published by Swami Arupananda, an attendant of the Holy Mother, and translated into English by Swami Nikhilananda. This edition has been edited and introduced by Swami Adiswarananda, present leader of the Ramakrishna-Vivekananda Center of New York.
